超級新手應該要用史密斯機器,對嗎? - 健身

自己的背景:
男性,體脂肪28% 肌肉和脂肪 都集中在屁股和大腿
是那種下半身肥胖 上半身二肢瘦小(皮包油,高中書生的手臂)的男性
自己的器材:簡易深蹲架 長短槓+護頸泡棉 啞鈴 握推椅
遇到瓶頸:
1.自由深蹲推40公斤,雙腳發軟,肩膀被壓得超痛,沒辦法操到酸的程度就不想做了
2.握推30公斤,沒辦法推到胸肌,因為三角肌和二頭三頭都是皮包油,光是舉上就痠到
舉到差點放不回去,感覺會被壓傷
請教版友:
目前想訓練 1.深蹲 2.上舉3.握推 想先練大塊肌肉 提升基礎代謝率
身材先弄成普通人就好,但是器材就讓我感覺毫無動力外加危險緊張
是不是該買台家用史密斯機來安心? 版上不太推薦史密斯應該是他角度問題
不過對我這種舉不起來的初學者來說 應該是適合我用的吧 請大家指點一下謝謝
