大家好
最近疫情比較趨緩 WG人也比較多
架子常常都不好等 想來試試看超級組
一次做完主要的訓練再換機械做
以背來說的話 有架子就可以做單槓+槓鈴划船+啞鈴划船
之前分開做就是每組抓8下左右的重量
單槓8下 槓鈴划船70KG 啞鈴划船35KG
現在連續做超級組 重量應該怎麼抓比較好?
還是應該維持原本的重量 才算超級組呢? 謝謝
