大家好~~第一次在這發文 q_q
因為 變胖不少(胖在肚子、大腿、手臂、臉、小腿~美腿變象腿了>_<)
從52、53-->55、56
雖只有3kg 但胖在我身上 卻好像多了5、6KG以上= =
真的 不少朋友 都有這樣的感覺 Q_Q
但我確定 真的是 從53起跳的.....
回歸正傳... 我看了很多減肥 塑身的Blog
有提到三項~一是多喝水,不喝飲料(因代謝好則需要水分去帶動)
二是 運動 (我有在做瑜珈,近來有在練跳舞)
三是 7點或8點過後則不再進食...(這一點有點困難)
這二天 我試著 晚餐在7點 最晚8點前吃 但是 到晚上11點左右 就會餓
肚子餓的時候 往往是很考驗意志力的 應該說 肚子餓時 我跟本睡不著>_<
我想到 若8點過後 就是在 要睡覺前
若肚子餓 以喝優酪乳或是燙青菜(半把)+少量清淡醬油調味
填個肚子 不會有飢餓感就好...
這樣 會不會變胖?
我不貪心 我只要 一個月少掉1kg 先回到53就好....
