各位健身板板友大家好
小魯小時候因為諸多原因
簡單來說就是先天不良後天失調
最慘到每天拉肚子
導至腸胃吸收不佳吃再多都一樣
雖然長的高高的但是卻很瘦
一度BMI值掉到過輕的區域
曾是人生中的一大煩腦
以為可能就這樣一直像竹竿一樣過活
機緣下使用益生菌治好了天天拉肚子的問題
正常三餐下體重也沒變過一直維持一定的值
後來想要增重開始每天做一休的tabata
就一些深蹲、伏地挺身、仰臥起坐之類的
沒想到一段時間後BMI就回到正常了
屢試不爽
開始每禮拜固定時間去健身房重訓
(一進去大家都好壯有點嚇到了)
到現在BMI值已經在20以上了
身形也明顯壯了起來
但是!!!!!!!
小魯的肚子在以前瘦的時候
是吃飽飯時才勉強平坦
如今平常它有點小凸
吃飽飯時更是凸起像小丘
(還以為可以任我大吃大喝QQ)
在健身房對於腹部沒有太多訓練
就是仰臥起坐20下3輪
肚子明顯酸酸的感覺
不過隨著體重變重
我肚子很容易餓吃得也變多了
想問為啥肚子會越來越大呢明明都有在運動健身的說
是對腹部訓練不足嗎?
還是只做仰臥起坐讓肚子變大呢?
還是單純是吃的問題?
有請各位大大解答了感謝!
