健齡約一年,本來肩就很緊了,越練越緊
現在的狀況如下:
1 深蹲手都勾不到槓了,要很努力才能把槓背好,別說低背槓了,連高背槓都很困難!
2 站立時拳頭朝前手肘彎曲90度,前臂無法再往二邊外側展開。
3 躺地面時,雙手做出投降的姿勢,左手背離地面有15公分高,右手背離地面約5公分高
。
4 手伸到身後雙手合十,無法抬高!
僅能在屁股處合十,太慘了
前問各位長官單兵如何處置?
是哪塊肌肉緊張?
肩膀是否有沾粘?
是否已需要醫療?
