我之前有發文提到如何一邊治療足底筋膜炎,同時也可以繼續運動
有興趣的人可以自己爬文參考看看,至少我身邊包含我在內許多人受益
重點在下面,我原本以為柔軟度比較好的人,比較不會受到類似的傷痛
但身邊的球友中,最近就有有兩個人阿基里斯腱斷掉,一個人十字韌帶斷掉
都是經過充分的熱身後,在比賽的過程中斷的
而且他們的柔軟度還比平常人好,坐姿分腿前壓到底是基本的
但也可能是長久以來對於自己的柔軟度、肌力太有信心
所以比賽中在受迫下會做出一些不符合常理的施力動作,才會傷這麼重
選手的術語,有拉有成績,這是台灣選手觀念的通病
