鞋子是美津濃的慢跑鞋 不知道是穿沒多久或是尺寸小
前天跑完之後後腳跟上面一點被鞋子磨出了一個好大的水泡
剛剛跑完之後 把水泡磨破囧

想請問像這樣的情形 是把鞋子撐大就可以改善 還是說 換厚一點的襪子??
