跑完步卻睡不好 - 健身

平時大概下午5點左右會去操場跑步
之前剛開始大概都跑3K 然後再健走個20分鐘
一星期約跑4天左右 (放假就休息一下
大約陸陸續續跑了4個月了
最近暑假到了
想說也跑一陣子了 加上時間比較多
就一口氣提升了點距離
最近一個星期都跑6K左右 最少也有5K
(不過我跑的很慢 6K差不多剛好一小時
跑前有熱身拉筋 跑完後收操
也有適度補給水分
跑完大概6點多吧
就洗個澡吃飯
平時通常都11點就寢 最晚12點
但最近晚上都睡的不是很好
躺下去是很快就睡著了
可是就有點反反覆覆的醒來
感覺沒有之前熟睡
在想會不會還在亢奮 (可是應該過很久了
還是跟跑步無關呢?
想請問有沒有相關的經驗
我以前都一覺到天明的Q__Q
