我現在都每周兩次跑步 4000~5000m
有一個疑問 跑到累時(腳有點酸) 我都會繼續跑
直到跑到我的目標為止 這樣好媽?
還是累了就要休息
還有我持續跑步也一段時間了
可是感覺都沒進步說
跟之前比感覺也沒很輕鬆阿
