跑步完 後小腿到腳踝的筋會痛? @@ - 健身

在下運動的習慣行之有年
有氧運動 重訓等等
我固定一個禮拜慢跑5天 每次30分鐘
前幾天跑完
發現左小腿後面正中線到腳踝的這條筋會痛
有點類似扭到的痛
右腿倒是沒事
各位在慢跑時有類似的狀況嗎?
跑了這麼多年都沒遇過
是因為平常重心腳在左腳 還是熱身不足呢?
也有想說是不是慢跑姿勢的問題
我是上半身挺胸不會駝背 眼睛看前方
手臂稍微有點八自型的擺動
如果慢跑用到太多小腿力量 大腿用的比較少也會影響嗎?
另外問一下大家
如果要看醫生 這種應該是看骨科吧? XDD
請教一下大家了 ._./
