體重:59.5
BMI:21.9
體脂率:27.7
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:低脂牛奶+芭樂一顆+茶葉蛋一顆+7-11關東煮(白蘿蔔+筍子)
午餐:菇類+筊白筍切塊水煮+水波蛋 份量大約是一個小盤子 灑胡椒鹽吃
晚餐:晚餐通常是一顆芭樂或出去買鹹水雞(雞胸肉去皮去骨+筍片之類)
其他:有時候會想吃個澱粉類 選擇一包92大卡的蘇打餅 一天只有一包
日常作息時間:晚上十二至一點左右睡~早上九點多起床
生活型態:未開學之學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
吃完晚餐後的半小時就會走路去游泳
因為太久沒游了 游一趟就會休息一下再繼續游第二趟
不曉得心跳數呢 但基本上我很喘= =
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
9/6開始減的 今天9/11 原本是要9/13量第二次體重
秉持一個禮拜量一次 之前看新聞聽說一個禮拜瘦1.5kg差不多
今天卻按耐不住性子量了@@ 沒想到9/6原本61.9的我在9/11量時竟然59.5
真不曉得是不是體脂計壞了還是怎樣= =但讓我難過的是
脂肪竟從26.8升高到27.9.....
基礎代謝率也從1322下降到1288..
我的問題是 我的菜單是否有問題? 吃太少或是?我在想也有可能是我動得太少
因為太久沒游了 游一趟就快死了!
體重下降 脂肪卻變高的原因有可能是什麼呢?
而我的基礎代謝率下降了...天哪! 有誰能指點迷津呢?
