跑步是想增加體力而不是減少體重...我該??? - 健身

我每個禮拜六日一定會固定去離家近的操場跑個2KM~2.5KM
退伍後到現在都沒跑,想說要增加體力
但是小弟的BMI值是17.53(我185cm)
我是過瘦的身材....
很怕自己為了增加體力而跑步,結果體重跟著下降(慢跑不是有氧運動嗎?)
小弟假日去跑時...時間不定
有時3點多去跑,但是太陽很大,跑個2KM就覺得身疲力盡...
不過操場上都沒人,頂多是在玩球的小弟弟而已
有時五點多去跑,就沒那麼累人,不過操場上有許多高手
自己卻跑不了那麼多圈(丟臉)
小弟想問,版上是否有想增加體力卻不想降低體重的版友....
跑完後是如何進食,或者其他習慣,以避免體重下降呢??
