跳完有氧後小腿酸個兩三天正常嗎? - 健身

五月初開始跳土豆網上的瘦身有氧操

我是跳其中12-42分鐘的片段
每次跳完小腿後側都會覺得酸
酸的程度是不會痛,還可以勉強繼續跳.但會不舒服
大概要兩三天不跳,小腿酸才會消失
一開始我以為是自己之前的運動量不足.才會腳酸
但跳了兩個多月後,小腿還是會覺得酸
請問這樣正常嗎?
另外,這種小腿酸可以繼續跳有氧嗎?還是應該休息幾天等它消退再跳?
因為常看到有版友天天慢跑,覺得自己跳三十分鐘就腿酸實在好弱> <
