性別:男(男/女)
年齡:29
身高:169
體重:119
BMI:41.7(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:35.6(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:總匯三明治、豆漿
午餐:便當 (3、4道菜 + 1主菜、飯量正常)
晚餐:5菜 + 1肉 (無飯)(5菜中一定會有2種青菜、1種蛋類)
其他:
1.從最最最胖減到現在,差不多減了30kg。
2.一開始是靠生活習慣正常化、吃中藥調體質瘦了15kg。
3.從今年3月開始運動,主要以健走為主(一開始走超短就累了,慢慢增加。)
到現在差不多又瘦了15kg。
日常作息時間:工作時間:早上8點-下午5點
睡眠時間:半夜1點-早上7點
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
每天晚上8-9點健走大約1小時,心跳數我真的不知道XDD
健走前後會加上仰臥起坐(60下)、伏地挺身(40下)等訓練,增加肌肉強度。
PS:
因為體重的關係無法慢跑,健走我覺得很不錯!
還有我強調"每天"都要去健走,就算颱風天我也出去走,永遠不中斷的。
我的問題:
1.大家幫我看看這樣的習慣和運動,有需要改進的嗎?
2.最近遇到停滯期了,體重不怎麼降,但是體脂率有下降。
這樣是好的吧? 繼續維持嗎?

PS:填完發現好像沒有基礎代謝的項目,補充一下我的基代是2295。
