跑步時小腿前側很酸 - 健身

小弟大學時期都有跑步習慣
一天2000~3000不等 速度大約都維持在 1分30秒/400m
一週也會作約三次的重訓
也有兩三天會去乙組羽球校隊練球
因此身材維持的還可以 173cm 64kg 體脂率8%左右(用師大分布體研所的機器量的)
原本重訓+練校隊之前是58KG 體脂12%
後來增加了一些肌肉 加上不愛吃油炸類食物吧
所以脂肪沒什麼成長
現在教書幾年過去 很少運動
體重也直線上升 目前約 76UP
多胖在肚子和大腿
想利用空堂時間跑跑步減肥卻發現
跑起來不會很喘
可是小腿前側實在是滿酸痛的(兩條腿都一樣)
不是腓腸肌與比目魚肌痛喔
這樣跑個兩千公尺不到就掛了 汗都還沒流多少就跑不下去
我試著降低速度多跑一下還是不行
這到底是怎麼一回事呢
請問一下有什麼方法改善呢
