先報告一下身體狀況
我是女生,156/64,體脂率42%
之前有持續運動五、六個月,但是因為一些緣故停擺了ㄧ個月,最近才又開始運動
目前維持一個禮拜3~4次慢跑
每次慢跑的配速差不多是8min/km,持續30分鐘
因為之前有跑步時肩膀會不平衡的問題,所以現在跑步都會下壓肩膀,加上腹部會出力,
變成跑步時幾乎就只有腰部以下和手臂在動
但是其他人跑步時看起來很輕盈,時間也不短,想請問我的狀況是正常的嗎?雖然沒有不
適,但很怕是一點一點累積傷害,最後才爆發(汗)
請各位多指教,還有需要知道的資訊我會補上,先謝謝各位!
