跑步機對膝蓋影響 - 健身

如題
小弟有慢跑的習慣
每天跑操場約4~5km,這個習慣大約有一年多
一圈400m的操場大約2分的速度
直至最近辦了學校的健身卡
跑步的習慣則改成跑跑步機
速度則是大約為9~10,約跑30至50分鐘
(不知道實際速度,這數字是看跑步機上面的速度)
跑了一兩個月後,發覺膝蓋時常會有疼痛或痠痛的情況
因為跑步機的速度相較於以前跑操場,感覺較慢
應該也不是因為跑得太急太快所導致
也不知道為什麼會這樣
導致現在去健身房比較少跑跑步機了,大多重訓或者是放鬆肌肉上去走走
不曉得有沒有板友,和我有同樣的情況發生?
