跑步機快走vs慢跑的比較 - 健身

今天在健身房快走
將坡度調成15% 速度6 平均心跳150
發現一小時竟然可以消耗660卡路里
跟我用坡度0% 速度9的慢跑速度 差不了多少
但我覺得我快走可以走得比較久 也不會那麼喘 個人比較喜歡
所以以後用快走的效果會比較好嗎?
還是健身房的卡路里消耗是歡樂表XD? 沒消耗到這麼多呢
我想要減掉一些脂肪 主要讓肚子消掉!! 目前體脂肪16.8%
請常快走跟慢跑經驗的大大們指教一下!謝謝
