跑步機與跑操場的差別 - 健身

各位好!目前我持續運動開始到現在也才2週多,
但我目前碰到一個問題,就是我每天會去大安運動中心跑跑步機30分鐘(不加熱身及跑完舒緩),
跑的速度不快,大概讓自己有點喘的狀況下能持續慢跑,而每次跑完30分鐘之後,
看看跑的距離大概有4.5~4.7K左右,消耗的熱量都有430卡左右。
可是小弟我昨天跑操場,以一圈200M來說,我跑到第八圈第九圈的時候就很受不了了。
不管是心肺還是大小腿及腰部的肌肉,都覺得負荷比跑步機有過之而無不及。
可是換算距離連我在跑步機的一半都不到,怎麼就會出現疲態了?
那這樣跑操場消耗的熱量有到我跑步機的程度嗎?
(之後我大概又跑了6圈補滿15圈3K,只是沒有持續的跑完)
之前大概有得知跑步機會比跑操場或路跑輕鬆,但我不知道會差這麼多。
我想請問,像我昨天這樣跑消耗的熱量有到跑步機的430卡左右嗎?
另問,跑跑步機上面顯示的熱量消耗及距離有快樂的成分嗎?
怎麼會差這麼多?!
