大家好 本棉花糖男孩175/75 體脂沒量過
雖然體力一直都不怎麼樣
但剛結束成功嶺的新訓
現在外面跑
20分鐘內跑3公里沒問題
無奈所在地時常下雨
最近都轉戰健身房的室內跑步機
發現
20分鐘如果有跑到2km就要偷笑了
速度我是一直在調
4.5~12左右 約1分鐘走1分鐘跑
坦白說這速度講出來跟走的沒兩樣…
選擇調慢 是因為跑到感覺上氣不接下氣
怕滾下跑步機快往生才調慢
目前跑的頻率是:
1hr健身房 20min跑步 20min重訓
剩下20min還有體力就去跑步
沒力就去踩飛輪
一週約三次 目前持續一個多月了
但跑步卻越來越慢 一開始去健身房跑
20min還能跑到2.5km
昨天去跑20分鐘 跑個1.8k就快往生…
到底!?
跑步成績不是應該越跑越好嗎
何況我進步空間還這麼大qq
