我好像有痛風體質
曾在診所驗出尿酸過高...
只要長時間用腳都會隱隱作痛
但還是能承受的程度
我都不管他繼續運動
慢跑就另當別論了
我跑步很爛
不到兩千
最近開始練發現
跑完隔一兩天大拇指那帶會明顯的痛
請問這種情況下我還能跑嗎?
還是要等他復原
以前曾經發作過
連走路都會痛到一拐一拐的...
繼續慢跑會不會加重?
之前醫師跟我說
要進一步檢查的話要抽取關節液
但聽起來很痛就沒去搞他了
而且發作時才比較驗得出來
平常可能還未必能驗到...
現在快入伍了發現這是一個大問題= =
