請問一下,小弟的女朋友前陣子開始加入健身的行列,但他主要是想有氧瘦身,然後也有
再重訓差不多一個禮拜一次,主要的問題是想問各位,他跑步跑蠻勤勞的但確都先從「胸
部」開始瘦,我知道從哪邊先開始瘦是基因決定,但有沒有辦法可以改善這情況啊?
