想請問大大們,
最近在使用跑步機的時候,本來在沒有先做重訓的情況下,跑完膝蓋是不會痛的
速度大概在7.5~8左右 大約可以跑到2000m 坡度2 之後會看狀況把速度調慢
但是最近多加了重訓在跑步之前,做了一些關於腹部.手.胸等部位的重訓後,
大約重訓半小時(重訓+休息)的時間,然後再去跑跑步機,可是最近兩次都發現
跑到約接近 2000m 的時候 膝蓋會有疼痛感?是姿勢不正確造成的嗎?可是之前跑到3000m
也沒有發生膝蓋疼痛的情況 ,頂多是大腿痠而已...難道膝蓋的疼痛感會和重訓有關嗎?
