早餐: 義美豆漿(含糖)400CC or 全脂鮮奶400CC
午餐:A.水煮一把青菜(傳統市場那種一整把的)+百頁豆腐一條
B.麥片200克+沖泡調味包(合計約600大卡)
C.買便當
D.自製果凍1000克(350大卡)偶爾吃爽的
晚餐:幾乎都在家吃家母煮的,基本是一菜一肉一湯
如果中午有吃便當,晚餐白飯會調整為半碗
一定吃到八分飽,特別是肉跟白飯
其他:除了油炸食品不吃以外,沒有特別忌口的食物
中餐跟晚餐至少有一頓要吃白飯
每天兩份水果(主要為芭樂,奇異果,蘋果,香蕉)及維他命B群
在下午嘴饞或有飢餓感時吃
零食則控制在200大卡內(罐裝咖啡120大卡 or 兩包餅乾200大卡 or 海苔)
日常作息時間:
07:30起床
24:00左右就寢
生活型態:
每天的行程
1.早上08:00快走半小時~1小時
2.晚上19:00吃飽休息半小時後
A.坐姿啞鈴推舉4組/20下/單手10磅
立姿側面平舉4組/20下/單手10磅
立姿正面平舉4組/20下/單手10磅
B.啞鈴仰臥推舉4組/20下/單手10磅
集中彎舉 4組/20下/單手10磅
3.晚上20:30
A.快走1小時~1個半小時
B.每周兩堂有氧舞蹈課程(50分鐘)
4.睡前會做四項皮拉提斯的動作,各4組

我的問題:
2月份時體重維持在79~80之間
三月份時因為受傷避免跑步,改為夜間快走+皮拉提斯
現在體重降至75後,加長了時間以及加入重訓
1.這樣的菜單是否有不妥或是能改進的地方?
2.想把一小時快走 改為 慢跑+快走 ,慢跑要放前面還是後面好?
