看了版上許多有慢跑習慣的都是一天可以跑個5000m或6000m的
但是我本身心肺耐力似乎沒有這麼強大
所以會配合跑一圈走一圈
不知道這樣運動效果會不會減少?
以我目前的習慣來說是
先一口氣慢跑1000m
接下來是以一圈200m計算跑一圈走一圈
湊到2000m或2500m
然後腿就會很酸沒辦法再跑了
請問這樣的話減脂會有效果嗎?
還是我應該努力一口氣撐到2000m都用跑的會比較好呢?
真想趕快把小肚肚消掉阿.....
