我想要請問關於跑步的問題
爬了板上文章
跑步要跑30 mins up 才會開始燃燒脂肪
如果下午跑了40分鐘
晚上跑了50分鐘
跟一次跑了90分鐘
這樣子燃燒脂肪的程度會差很多嗎?
因為有時候沒有很長一段時間(1~2個小時)可以跑步
只能利用空閒的時候去健身房
(因為跑步之前都會先做重訓跟仰臥起坐 就花了半小時)
