跑步與重訓的安排 - 健身

各位巨巨安安
想請教一下大家重訓跟跑步(怎麼安排)?
我爬文看到的大概不外乎是一天重訓一天跑步
也有人說,如果要一起實施的話,可以把跑步皆在重訓之後
我大概都試過了一陣子,基本上沒有什麼大問題,只是好像練習效果普普
身形略有改善,體重慢慢增加
現在的菜單大概是
第一天練大肌群,以臥推,滑輪下拉,硬舉為主
第二天練一點二頭彎舉,啞鈴上舉跟側平舉,還有羅馬椅
然後慢跑30分鐘
第三天慢跑40分鐘,或是抬頭蛙慢慢游1000M
一周大概是5-6天
最近時間比較多,想換換菜單
如果改成早上重訓,下午跑30-40分鐘
一周也是5-6天
有什麼優劣之處?
目的...當然是增肌減脂(被毆飛)
總之是希望身形改善,身體健康
現在飲食就是三餐正常吃,不特別改變份量,不吃撐也不餓自己
