先說明背景,小弟這幾個禮拜漸漸開始愛上跑步,只要沒跑就覺得怪怪的xd,大約兩三天
跑一次,一次以四公里為主。
從一開始需要31分半跑完,跑了7、8次到今天只需要25分半,每次都可以一點一點破自己
的紀錄。
我相信我這樣持續跑下去一定能越跑越快,但是我不知道這樣下去有沒有辦法瘦到體脂?
我知道去測量體脂就能知道答案了,但是我除了跑步,同時還有健身與飲食控制在並行,
很難說體脂減下來到底是哪方面的功勞。
所以我想問單純就"跑步變快(距離固定)"而言,能有效減少體脂嗎?還是我必須把跑步時
間拉長到30分鐘以上?
