跑步跑不遠的問題 - 健身

小弟我是 177/79
大學四年除了體育課幾乎沒有跑步
有時候會做伏地挺身 拉單槓大概可以拉10下
最近我開始跑步大概三個禮拜
剛開始幾天可以連續跑五圈 (很慢200m 大概跑80秒)
慢慢一天加一圈現在可以連續跑10圈
我的問題是我跑步完小腿會痠好幾天
隔天如果再去跑大概跑個三圈小腿就受不了了
通常都要休息兩天 才可以再跑個10圈
我覺得我跑步如果加快速度 心肺也還OK
可是腳沒辦法跟上
請大家給我建議@@
