之前想要減肥,所以跑去報名參加游泳。
學游泳的過程中,我的教練告訴我,
游完泳要在一小時內吃東西,但只吃碳水化合物,
聽說是可以加速消耗脂肪。
另外,關於減肥這件事,她說,游泳和騎健身車都可以減肥,
重點在於心跳達120持續30分鐘以上,最好40分鐘,
可是她說我游泳減肥是異想天開,並建議我騎健身車減肥,
因為我游泳太弱,很難游一趟不休息,更何況是30分鐘以上XDDDD
所以呢,她建議我,一天騎健身車一天游泳,
她的想法是,減肥就騎健身車,挑塑身型就游泳。
(BTW,我游完泳都累趴又餓死,可是騎健身車完永遠精神佳)
關於上述,我也不太確定對錯,但我想分享教練的分享:p
