前陣子爬文
看大家說跳繩不錯
所以買了一條來跳(有計數器的)
繩子是像棉線那種的
跳了兩個禮拜(每天早晚各二十分鐘到三十分鐘)
越來越難跳
原來是線分岔
到後來變成在練手(三角肌)
後來買了一條ALEX培林外露的跳繩380元.....好貴
不過跳起來真爽有加速功能
質感真的有差
不過繩子是PVC被打到很痛
建議大家要買跳繩不要買有計數器的(計數器超容易壞)
類棉線的材質被打到不會痛但是跳久了會分岔
題外話
之前爬文看到很多跳繩的推文
說腳要打直跟不打直
其實我是認為是膝蓋微彎
想像自己的腳像彈簧一樣
跳的高度繩子剛好能過
也許這些版上強者都已經知道
也跳得比我快很多
我的極速110下/min(居然打錯了,想說怎麼這麼多推)
但是如果新手要跳繩可以參考看看
最後跳之前
大腿肌肉(膝蓋附近)以及手臂三角肌要熱開(跳久了三角肌變得好像比較厲害)
