跳繩一直踩到 - 健身

原PO開學之後為了減掉寒假吃過多的肥肉
開始規律的作有氧
但是這個連假每天都因雨綿綿又冷風颼颼
所以就開始接觸跳繩這一塊
當然 還是跳繩弱手的我 跳個100下就喘的死去活來了
有幾個問題想請教一下有再跳繩的前輩們
1 我在跳繩老是踩到繩子ㄟ
繩子縮短之後還是常踩到
是我跳得太低還是手拿得太高嗎
或是有沒有甚麼訣竅 不然跳個10幾下就踩到實在有點挫敗
2 跳繩一定要穿個鞋子跳嗎??
因為在家裡我都是赤腳跳
剛剛穿鞋子跳了一下 覺得超級卡的
想知道如果赤腳跳的話會不會對腳踝或是膝蓋不好嗎?
有請高手解惑
