如題,我是固定每天會跳600下,不會增加跳的次數,不過差不多6分鐘就會跳完了
三十分鐘就要達到減肥效果,就是要到3000下嗎?其實我之前都是6分鐘跳完接著
跳舞20分鐘這樣,有效但過了一陣子,就停滯了~現在還在想辦法~重訓也要~只是
跳繩有所疑問?
