想瘦下半身加肚子,跳黑衣紅褲的全身運動30分每天,目前才跳一個禮拜,一都沒瘦下來,影片最後10分鐘一直有蹲動作,很害怕把大腿練壯,還有想問多久才會有效果瘦下來?
