BMI:26.04
體脂率:34.6生理期前
早餐:通常是黑咖啡+自製無糖優格(優格機很方便!)一杯+香蕉+地瓜兩根
午餐:肉片便當兩樣菜 白飯我只吃一半

或是早餐店的雞肉飯糰
或者是costco的堅果棒兩
根(我有的時候很需要午睡會需要迅速的吃完..
晚餐:手工水餃+一份燙青菜或是混沌麵(裡面有青菜)或是蔥爆豬肉+一份燙青菜
其他:因為在學校開了間咖啡店 所以偶爾會試吃自己做的甜點!

日常作息時間:6~7點起床 主要是看前一天幾點睡覺會盡量睡滿六小時 大約是12點或1
點睡覺
生活型態:大學生
運動習慣:早上如果6:00起床會看youtube做40分鐘的瑜珈

晚上上完家教10點會出去慢跑30分鐘最近剛下載了Nike+速度大概是

這樣!很慢Orz因為才剛開始慢慢養成運動習慣..
我的問題:最近因為要準備研究所考試 去量了一下身體狀況 想要增加體力 然後發現身
體年齡居然34..........體脂也................恩
所以只好奮發向上了!請問可以有更多的體力和養成更好的體態懇請各位大家幫幫我了><
