據說人的兩側很少是完全對秤的。
比方說大小眼、高低肩膀、不對稱胸腹肌等......
以上對運動應該不會有太大的影響。
可是如果今天是脊椎不對稱(輕微彎曲)
可否做有強度的重量訓練呢?(蹲舉等動作。)

先前去照了X光,發現自己的脊椎輕微側彎。透過X光片才看的出來。
骨科醫生說沒有人的脊椎是完美的直線;且在下的側彎不會有負面影響。
小弟在此有疑問...真的大家的脊椎都會稍微側彎嘛?
