三月初去台大做了身體組成分析,
不用掛號,直接敲門進去就好,
但做完也沒有講解,回家有點看不懂RRR

不太懂黑線跟灰線到底是要看哪個@@
是肌肉量不足但百分比夠嗎?
我目前身體類型被歸在低脂肪,
如果要達到低脂肪肌肉是該多吃點蛋白質還是繼續慢慢健身就好呢?
