我最近也買這本書,也照裡面說的,減少碳水化合物
但我也還是有吃一點,大概正常人的一半吧,本來有在慢跑也不跑了
只做重訓,一星期可以瘦1~2公斤
重點是,裡面提到一個很殺的減肥方法,那就是每餐要慢慢吃
最好一餐的用餐時間超過30分鐘,這我在楊定一的書上也看過
只要慢慢吃,一天只要吃1000~1300卡左右就可以了
我做了幾次實驗,和訪談很多胖子和瘦子...
幾乎所有的胖子吃東西都非常快,然後瘦子吃東西都非常慢...
因為吃太快,血糖會衝高,引發胰島素把血糖轉成脂肪...
慢慢吃,就比較不容易衝高血糖...
裡面還有不少招式,不過我覺得慢慢吃是最有效方法之一...
