請問各位版上的前輩,如果是騎一般的腳踏車,或是小折,而非自由車。每次
騎一小時,或是更久的時間。能否算是進行有氧運動,持續維持下去,能減肥嗎?
另外在騎時,是否有需要注意的地方呢(如臂部輕貼於坐墊上…)。騎完回家之後
用自來水沖手、沖腳,會不會有什麼不好的影響呢?
