小魯 身高163cm 體重58公斤
一開始接觸重訓的時候 深蹲僅能空槓(20Kg) 臥推也是空槓(20kg)
經過一個月後
深蹲和臥推已經可以加重到兩邊10kg 共 40kg了
可是我同學 身高173cm 體重6x公斤
剛進大學到現在也沒什麼在運動連個肌肉線條都沒有
前兩天剛到健身房報到開始健身訓練
他說他一開始深蹲可以兩邊20kg 共60Kg了
請問這是不是體型的差距阿QQ
還是小魯還有待加強呢??
