身高體重都一樣 可是看起來怎麼差這麼多 - 美體

昨天看到一個部落客(大力)
身高體重和我一模一樣
156cm 43kg
可是看起來真的差好多!!!!
我的小腿本來就不細 光看小腿就差很多了
小腿的型可能是天生的 姑且不論小腿好了
我的大腿和手臂都比他粗很多!!!!!
我的體脂19.5 是用tanita UM-007的體脂計睡前測的
體脂也沒有過高 可是怎麼會差這麼多呢?!
跟骨架有沒有關係呢?!
就是雖然體重一樣 但我可能骨架輕 相對肉的重量多(肉多)
部落客可能骨架重 相對肉的重量少(肉少)
有沒有這種可能呢????
真的好困惑
