輕微腰椎側彎不適合做哪些動作 - 健身

今天收到健康檢查報告發現自己有輕微腰椎側彎
但以前都沒有 想必自己駝背有可能造成原因
練背跟squat的時候感覺會比較容易帶到腰
我會作啞鈴划船 感覺作完這動作下背常常緊緊酸酸的
不知道深蹲跟啞鈴划船會不會對腰造成影響
還是練就對了?不知道版上巨巨們是否可以指點迷津 謝謝!
