輪三班好痛苦 - 健身

大家好,潛水許久爬上來透透氣。
話說我本身的工作是輪班制,一個星期內有白班,小夜跟大夜。
可能星期一二上白班,三四上小夜,五六上大夜然後休息一天。
每次一下班就攤死在床上,連澡都來不及洗就睡著了...
(大概要睡飽之後才會爬起來洗澡然後準備上班XD)
白班還好,作息很好調,要是遇到大夜,就很困擾。
又是水腫又是疲倦,只能趁要洗澡前趕快踩個30分鐘的XBIKE(speed 35~40)
大概踩完20公里洗個澡就去上班了。
每天都會去7-11買個香蕉吃XDD香蕉似乎對熬夜的人比較好?
像現在就是剛睡飽然後邊踩車邊打字
希望可以擁有健康的身體.....
但是長期輪班似乎離健康很遠...
囧
