農夫走路 六角槓vs啞鈴 - 健身

各位巨巨好
我最近開始嘗試把農夫走路當主項來練
背 腿 肩 日都會走個四組~六組
目前在健工練 沒有農夫槓
只能用啞鈴跟六角槓走
但因為兩者能使用的重量差不少
(無拉力帶 啞鈴大概能勉強左右各50公斤 而且握力大概走到第二組以上會握不住
六角槓不算槓本身重量 左右各50公斤槓片 走完四組還覺得握力有餘裕
想問一下是訓練的肌肉群不同嗎?
