重訓一年有感 - 健身

小弟大概是從研究所的時候開始跟同學去學校健身房重訓,不過大概都是玩玩性質
而且都只練上半身從來不練腿,最重大概就是練到臥推80公斤左右(體重大約85-90KG)
後來畢業去當兵一年,大概瘦到70公斤左右,這段時間陸陸續續都有去運動中心健身房
不過就是一個禮拜一次到兩次,練練胸/背/肩,當作有運動到就好
一直到後來工作,結婚,生小孩大概停了兩三年沒有去健身房,也慢慢發福到78公斤
某一天一個同學約了一起去健身房, 以前做的重量比我輕, 但是那次一起練的時候
每一項都做得比我重,後來就燃起了我的健身魂,決定要重新開始鍛鍊自己
接著每個禮拜一到五的早上六點我就準時到運動中心報到,練一個小時,接著就回家
盥洗然後帶小朋友去上學,再去上班. 很快一年就過去了...
現在體重是80KG, 體脂肪24.5%, 握推1RM=105KG, 深蹲1RM=130KG, 硬舉110KG, 硬舉
只練過一次沒測過極限,主要是沒有拉力帶握不太住.
雖然這些重量對版上的巨巨來說是小兒科,但是最讓我沮喪的是,雖然重量越做越重
但是體脂率跟體脂肪還是很頑固,都沒有下降的意思, 這不禁讓我懷疑
有沒有可能這一年肌肉都沒甚麼變大...反而體脂肪一直上升,因為有這樣的問題是
從開始練到現在大概一年一個月,體重多了2KG,體脂率上升了1.5%
體態好像也沒甚麼大改變 唯一改變的就是舉的變重了 有人也是這種狀況嗎?
