近兩個月的平原期如何突破 - 健身

三餐內容
早餐(通常是9點): 火腿蛋土司 + 中冰紅
早點(通當是10點半): 水果一份
午餐(通常是11點半): 四菜一肉的便當
蝦捲*2 or 魯雞腿(去皮) or 不加
兩樣青菜、豆腐、瓜類
一碗白飯
晚餐(通常是6點): 一碗白飯 + 青菜兩樣 + 肉類一份
晚點(通常是9點半): 一份水果
日常作息時間:
白天通常都在研究室,下午兩點進健身房,晚上12點就寢
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
1:慢跑40~60分鐘,心跳數約130~165左右
約6~9km 時速通常是9km/hr,這兩個星期上到9.5km/hr
2:重訓10~20分鍾,仰臥起坐30下,5kg錏鈴做舉重

可以發現 7月開始就一直沒有什麼明顯下降
但運動的強度我有一路加強
從原本7月初只能8km/hr跑20分鍾,到現在9km/hr跑一個小時
今天試 12km/hr 跑3000m 也成功了
吃的粗算都跟基代差不多
>"< 這個平原期好久了,我想要突破
害羞的問題是,男生們 長跑要怎麼解決燒襠的問題
還有一個是,運動的時候很容易激突.....
乳頭的地方都被衣服磨破了 >////////////<
這又要怎麼解決
麻煩各位了
