我最近的食物大概是
早:涼麵+統一無糖豆漿
午:便當/涼麵+統一無糖豆漿
晚:統一無糖豆漿*2
吃了一個禮拜了
(其實是為了集拉拉熊點數...)
一天喝那麼多豆漿會不會對身體造成負擔
早上打球1hr↑
晚上慢跑
吃這樣好像不太夠...
