大意就是堀北真希有在鍛練身體
並簡單示範平常在做的幾個動作
倒立伏地挺身這個有讓我嚇到
然後東大教練教幾個動作讓堀北真希和兩位ARASHI藝人一起練
=> 堀北真希大勝2位ARASHI男藝人
結論:殘念,看不到堀北真希的腹肌
