退休才化身肌肉男 畢比:球隊不要我練太壯
NBA退役球員畢比(Mike Bibby)上個月1張筋肉猛男造型的照片曝光,引起網路上一片驚
嘆聲,不敢置信40歲的他竟然還維持如此優異體態,甚至肌肉結實程度還勝過球員時代。
畢比日前接受《GQ》專訪時也作出回應,他首先指出:「其實我本人沒有照片看起來那麼
壯,但我的想法是,要是我退休後看來臃腫肥胖,肯定會引來非議,所以我就盡量保持體
態,確保自己飲食正確。」
他也強調:「其實我一直很喜歡重訓,問題是在我還是球員的時候,球隊都不希望我積極
重訓。每年暑假過後,我回訓練營報到,球隊會很生氣我看來簡直像個美式足球員,所以
之後我重訓就是偶爾做做而已。」
畢比進一步說:「等到我退休之後,我可就有時間盡情做重訓,而且可以把重量加到更重
。我會送孩子上課,然後在等到他們放學這段時間,我就上健身房訓練。而且,你仔細想
想,要是我胖到300磅又什麼訓練都做不來,誰會想請我幫他訓練呢?」
畢比也分享了自己日常1天,通常早上7點到中午都是在體育館度過,可能是自己重訓或者
進行籃球相關練習,有時也會指導其他潛力新秀,接著他會回到家中的體育館再做同樣的
事。
至於1周菜單則大致是:有3天會安排舉重,另外2天是彈力帶相關的訓練,每次大概就是2
到3小時。籃球方面,就是以投籃和腳步訓練為主,偶爾也打打女兒喜歡的排球,他的1天
活動往往會到晚上10點、11點才結束。
