本小妹健齡不長
想請問板上各位巨巨
我想送男友拉力帶當生日禮物(價格不在考量因素)
男友目前硬舉最重大概拉到110kg
但他的握力似乎不太夠
所以每次硬舉都會自備那種建築工人手套@@

爬文後發現版上大推VG pro拉力帶

但那種魔鬼氈的設計是不是比較適合用在背部訓練?(怕他以後越舉越重容易鬆脫)
所以在考慮要不要買傳統型的比較好呢?
